05 / THE LORE
I’ve been on both sides of the glass.
I’m not a guitarist who bought some plugins and started calling himself an engineer. I’ve been building records since before half this stuff fit on a laptop.
Recording Workshop.
Graduated in 2008. Production, recording, mixing, mastering. I learned the whole record because I never liked waiting on somebody else to finish the job.
Twin Turbo Studios.
Ran my own studio in Cleveland. It got voted one of the top five studios in the area, which somehow ended with CBS News Cleveland calling me about it. That actually happened.
Real records. All the way through.
Produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered multiple artists. I know what a part needs to do before it ever hits the amp.
The drummer brain never left.
Original drummer for Salt The Wound. Former Soultone Cymbals endorsed artist. Cleveland deathcore before that was a phrase anybody had to explain.
Jimbo Neutron.
Produced beats through the hip-hop era. Same brain, different routing. Now I play seven strings because it’s efficient.
